Bio

In my nearly 27 years of legal experience, I have had the privilege of working with many esteemed colleagues, including one of the most highly regarded law firms in the nation. My extensive civil practice has included family law, personal injury, complex construction defect, contract disputes, medical malpractice, and elder abuse. With this diverse wealth of knowledge gained, I decided to open my own practice to help those who need a compassionate and fierce advocate.

I graduated from Western State University, College of Law in 1996 with a Juris Doctor degree, and was sworn into the State Bar of California that same year. While in law school, I was proud to have been awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Evidence. Prior to beginning law school, I had the privilege of serving as a Congressional Aide in Washington, D.C. From 1987 to 1991, I was a student-athlete at the University of California, Santa Barbara where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society.

Other achievements I am proud of are my countless hours serving and volunteering through my church and coaching softball in my community. For the past 6 years, it has truly been my honor to serve as an attorney coach for the Orange County Championship El Dorado High School Mock Trial team.

My husband and I love to travel. We have logged many hours hiking and snorkeling in Hawaii, as well as nature watching just about anywhere. I am also mom to Toby the wonder border collie who, among his many activities, enjoys herding sheep at the ranch on weekends.
